The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests can only be made through the same method used to make the deposit.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal:

• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled
• The source of the deposit and the withdrawal method must be the same

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳34,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳54,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled
• If any misuse or fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled
• gg999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time

6.1 Finality of Game Results

8.2 Account Closure by the User
